It's Later Than You Think

I know, I know. Everyone is working on Halloween. I love Halloween. But, we don't get Halloween visitors anymore so I have scaled my decorations way back and mostly incorporate everything under Fall.

On the plus side, that gives me more time to work on Christmas. I like to do a lot of my own paper, tags, packaging and embellishments so I need to start early.

These are some of the graphics I have been working on. I don't know how I am going to use them yet so no finished products.

This is a different version of one I have already done. Before, I wanted one with lots of fur. Now, I want more of a plush one. Since the originals were created in a vector drawing program, it was easy enough to go back and create the new version.

I am going to cut slits between her hands and thumbs and insert a length of narrow she is holding it.

This is something I am still playing with. I have done several with motifs that look like they have been done in needlepoint and embroidery stitches. Still pondering....

Over the river and through the woods to Grandma's house we go...:-)
Grandpa is on the way, too. Excitedly waiting his arrival.
